Potato Combine Harvester
 
The structure of HY-4ULZ-170 potato combine harvester is traction type. During work, the tractor pulls the combine harvester and excavates the digging shovel. At the same time, the potato-soil loosening and excavation depth limit are carried out by the contour-shaped deep-wheel, and the excavated potato soil is transported through the conveying net sieve for potato-soil separation and potato block transportation. In the process of potato tuber transport, the potato is separated, the clean potato after the potato-soil, potato-straw separation enters the potato transport device, and finally the clean potato is transported to the transport vehicle through the potato transport device. The potato combine harvester can realize the one-time excavation of potato, the separation of potato-soil, the separation of potato- straw, centralized collection and transportation, etc., and can harvest two ridges at a time, the working efficiency is above 0.33 hm2/h, and the loss is small and the skin breaking rate is low. The structure of harvester mainly consists of a frame, a depth limited wheel, a potato soil separation device, a clearing and soil removing device, a non-equidistant potato collecting device, a conveying device and a hydraulic system.
